Product manufacturers: your customers' manual questions, answered for you — every answer cited to your own documents.

Your team spends its day on the same questions: which part fits, what the spec sheet says, what the warranty covers. AnswerMill builds and runs a product-answer desk trained only on your manuals, spec sheets, and warranty terms. It answers with the source cited on every answer — or it hands the question to a human. You never manage software. We run the desk.

The problem, in your team's day

A product question looks small. It isn't. Someone has to find the right manual, check the model, confirm the fitment, check the warranty terms, then write it up. Trade press in the parts and equipment world (Truck Parts & Service, writing on parts-counter question load) documents five-to-ten-minute lookups, multiplied by hundreds of questions a week — landing on support, engineering, and sales alike. And when two people answer from memory, the customer gets two different answers.

Your documents already hold the answers. The job is turning them into answers your customers can get at 9pm on a Sunday — without your team typing them one at a time.

How it works

  1. We start with a demo.

We build a working demo agent from your public manuals and send it to you, with a one-page sheet that runs the math in your numbers — your question volume, your handling time, your labor cost. Every input labeled. Every output labeled a projection.

  2. You supply the full corpus.

Manuals, spec sheets, warranty documents, internal FAQs — as files. Never a login. We ingest them, configure citations, set the escalation rules with you, and run a golden-set evaluation before anything goes live.

  3. The desk runs.

The agent answers on your website (email-assist optional), cites the document and section on every answer, and escalates everything it can't answer from your corpus. Safety-flagged categories — electrical, gas, load-bearing, medical-adjacent — go to humans by rule, always.

  4. Every month, proof.

A report with the questions answered, your value math updated with real volumes, and the list of questions the agent could not answer — each one turned into a documentation fix you can make.

Start free: the demo

Tell us your company name and website. We build a demo agent from your public manuals and send it back with the one-page value-math sheet. If your team runs the numbers and it doesn't hold up, the demo costs you nothing and we retire it.

The guarantees — process, in writing (PROOF-PENDING)

No client results exist yet, and this page won't pretend otherwise. What we put in writing is the process:

  • Every answer cites its source — your document, manual and section — or the agent escalates instead of answering.
  • A human path from day one. The agent tells users a human is available, and escalations route to your team.
  • The unanswered-question report lands monthly, on the contracted date, every month.
  • New or revised documents enter the corpus within 3 business days of you sending them.
  • What we never guarantee: a deflection rate, a savings figure, an accuracy percentage. Anyone who promises you those numbers before seeing your corpus is guessing. We show the math instead.

What AnswerMill never does

  • Never asks for, sees, or stores your credentials or passwords. You (or your web person) install one widget snippet; documents move as files.
  • Never touches your order, inventory, pricing, or CRM systems. The desk answers from documents only.
  • Never decides a warranty claim. It quotes your warranty terms; your humans decide claims.
  • Never hides that it's automated. The widget says so, plainly, from the first message.
  • Never collects your customers' personal data beyond the conversation itself — an escalation carries only what the customer asked to pass on.

Questions

Do you need access to our systems?

No. Files in, answers out. No logins, no integrations, no order or account lookups.

What if the agent doesn't know an answer?

It escalates to your team and logs the question. That log becomes your monthly report — it's how your documentation gets better every month.

What about questions where a wrong answer could hurt someone?

Electrical, gas, load-bearing, and medical-adjacent questions route to humans by rule — not by the agent's judgment.

Who writes the answers?

Nobody writes them one at a time. The agent answers from your own documents and cites the source on every answer. If it isn't in your documents, it doesn't get answered by the agent.

Why is the build paid?

Because the demo is the free part. You see your manuals answering questions before any money moves. The build itself — full corpus, eval, escalation rules — is real work, and paid starts filter for buyers who mean it.

Can I cancel the Desk?

Yes — month-to-month, cancel by email, effective at the end of the paid month.
